BetterRTP / Editor guide
Your config.
Back in Minecraft.
Use the updated BetterRTP plugin and editor permission, or your server console. No account or premium plan is required.
Open a private editor session
/rtp editorRun the command on your Minecraft server and open the link it provides. Keep that link private. Your config is sent to MineCentral for this temporary session.
Edit and save a version
Make your changes and choose Save and get sync command. Nothing on the Minecraft server changes yet. Each save creates a separate version.
Apply it from your server
/betterrtp editorsync <token>Copy the exact command from the editor. Run it in the console or as a player with
betterrtp.editorpermission on the same server. Minecraft reports whether the config was applied and reloaded.
A little time to get it right.
Editor sessions last 24 hours. Each sync command works once and expires 15 minutes after saving. Earlier commands still apply their own saved versions, so choose carefully.
If your session expires, download your edits before opening a new one. If a sync command fails or expires, save again for a new command. A server restart requires a fresh editor session.
Invalid configurations are rejected before writing. Syncing can overwrite changes made locally since the session opened. If reload fails after writing, the new file remains in place; check the Minecraft console.
